Member Directory Terms
The Sommelier Association of Singapore (SAS) maintains a public online Member Directory at sommelier.sg/sommeliers, listing members who have chosen to be included.
What is shown
If you opt in, the directory shows your full name, and where applicable, your company/organisation, exco title, and profile photo. It does not show your email, phone number, home address, date of birth, or any other personal details held in your membership record.
Consent
Being listed is entirely optional and requires your explicit, affirmative consent. New members are asked when they set up their account. You can opt in or out at any time from your account settings — changes take effect immediately.
Who can see it
The directory is publicly accessible — anyone visiting the website can view and search it, whether or not they are a member.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent at any time from your account's directory settings, or by emailing SAS directly. Once withdrawn, your listing is removed promptly.
